Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ocean Star Yacht Rental. By booking a yacht, boat tour, or water sport activity with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Mandatory Identification

Copies or photos of IDs are NOT accepted. If a guest fails to bring their original ID, they will not be permitted to board, and no refund will be issued.

2. Booking & Payments

• Advance Payment: A booking is only confirmed once an advance deposit (as agreed upon) is received.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in cash or card before boarding the vessel.
• Arrival Time: Guests are requested to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time. Late arrival will result in reduced trip duration.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Client Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
• Weather Conditions: If the trip is cancelled by Ocean Star due to bad weather or Coast Guard warnings, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the trip to a later date.
• No-Show: If the guest does not show up for the booking, 100% of the payment will be charged.

4. Guest Conduct & Safety

We prioritize the safety of our guests and crew. The following rules strictly apply:

• Swimming is only permitted in authorized areas and when the engines are off.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests above 21 years of age (on Yachts only). Misbehavior due to alcohol will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
• Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability & Damages

Equipment Damage: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, furniture, or water sports equipment (e.g., Jetskis) due to negligence or misuse. The cost of repair will be charged to the guest immediately.
